Jesus with Joy has been created with the purpose of bringing information and ideas from Heaven/Quantum about God and Jesus that will help to create Heaven on Earth. Heaven on Earth - personal transformation for many people and helping everyone on the planet is our goal. All monies paid to Jesus will Joy will be used to support the site and help spread our messages. We don't do refunds or returns in general. There are 2 exceptions. Specialty classes that have not been taken and multiple purchases of items that were an accident. We don't do refunds or returns for any digital products. As immediate access is given to the products once the products have been purchased. Refunds for specialty classes that have not been taken can be requested. Refund requests must be made 24 hours before the class. They must be requested by contacting us through our contact page. Monthly subscriptions will be canceled and not charged in any future months, but not refunded as person will still have access for the remainder of the month that has been paid for. Refunds for multiple accidental purchases - such as accidentally purchasing 2 of a product will refunded if requested with in 7 days. They must be requested by contacting us through our
contact page.
Once your return request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. Within 4 business days will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3 to 5 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
A specialty class or product that has been purchased but not eligible for refund can be requested to use the funds towards a future eligible class.
